Sucky schedule! Seriously, your DRIVING time is your conference period?!?! Geez, sucks. I'm sure you're rocking it though. Those kids are so blessed to have you! And please know that what they say is totally true (not Wong, mind you. He's full of crap)... the first year is by far the hardest. You're golden after that. Hang in there!
